These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fb99 ("fb99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the fb99 platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.5 No Money Laundering. fb99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform must not be used as a mechanism for transferring, layering, or integrating funds of illicit origin. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the fb99 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a market-specific rule, the market-specific rule shall take precedence for that market only.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until fb99 has confirmed it and assigned a bet reference number. fb99 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in error, bets affected by a technical fault, or bets placed on markets that were opened in error with incorrect odds.

5.3 Live Betting. In-play markets, including live cricket betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh international fixtures, are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet placed during live play may be accepted at odds different from those displayed at the time the bet was submitted if the market has moved between submission and acceptance. fb99 is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency on the player's side.

5.4 Casino and Slots. All casino games and slot titles available on the fb99 platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 5.5 Void Bets. A bet shall be voided and the stake returned in full where: (a) a sporting event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period specified in the market rules; (b) a technical error caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly; (c) a market was opened with clearly erroneous odds due to a human or system error. Voided bets will be credited back to the player's fb99 account within 24 hours of the voiding decision.
